How does the free trial work?

Regardless of what plan you sign up for, you will be given 30 days of the free trial which has all of the features in the business plan. At the end of your trial, you will be asked to select a plan and enter your credit card information to continue your subscription. If you do not select a plan after your trial ends the account will remain locked with the data that has been collected and the software will stop uploading data from the POS and prevent usage of any features.

Is Training Included?

Absolutely! Not only do we have a help center with support articles, we also have a C-Store owner's academy that covers various topics on how to improve your business with the new insights provided by our software and how to run your business more efficiently.

How about App Support?

We 100% stand behind our product, and your successful experience is our first priority! If at any time you need help in using the app, we have live chat available inside of the app M-F 9-5 to assist.

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Are there any contracts or commitments?

No contract or commitments are required. All plans are month-to-month by default, however we do offer a discount for sites that choose to pay for a year at a time.

What happens if I want to cancel?

If you ever decide that Petro Outlet isn’t the best C-Store Backoffice out there, then you can easily contact support to have all data wiped from our system.

Is my data backed up & secure?

Absolutely! We have world class data professionals on our team that back up and encrypt all data multiple-times a day to ensure all data is secure. We use firewalls, redundant servers, multi-failure systems, and the same data centers in-use by Amazon & Google, ensuring our systems stay up and are protected from viruses, hackers, hardware and software failures.

What happens if the internet at my site goes down?

If a C-Store loses its internet connection then the data will fail to backup to our servers for as long as the site is down, as soon as internet is restored our systems will use advanced software to find and immediately backup all missing data. Our software will not affect the POS register and site operations will not see any change than what normally occurs when internet goes down.

Are there any upfront or hardware costs required?

No upfront costs are required from us, the only requirement to use our software is a Windows PC on-site connected to the Site Controller router, and a working internet connection.

A scanner is recommended but not required to accelerate pricebook entry and management.
