Big Updates: Deliverect Integration

The Deliverect Integration with Uber Eats and other delivery apps is a significant update for businesses using SuperSonic POS. Deliverect is a platform that helps streamline the integration between your POS system and various third-party delivery services like Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and others.

Here's how this integration can benefit businesses:

New Hardware Offerings

We’re excited to introduce five new hardware solutions to elevate your business operations:

  1. Mach Flex: A cutting-edge crane POS system designed specifically for supermarkets. The Mach Flex 16' inch display offers enhanced durability, faster processing, and seamless integration with SuperSonic POS, making it ideal for high-volume environments. Now featuring a proprietary 3-foot wire, it provides more flexibility and space for both cashiers and customers, ensuring a more comfortable and efficient checkout experience, especially in busy supermarket settings.

  2. Mach X: A state-of-the-art, multi-orientation kiosk (horizontal or vertical) that connects to our new Pay Box system. This innovative setup eliminates the need for cashiers to handle money directly. Cash is securely stored in a safe, and the system automatically calculates the exact change to give back to customers, ensuring faster transactions, improved security, and reduced human error.

    The Mach X isn’t just a kiosk—it’s a full-service POS system that empowers customers to take control of their experience. With its self-service functionality, customers can easily place their own orders, customize meals, and complete transactions seamlessly.

  3. Mach Mini: A detachable tablet that functions as our full-service POS system, perfect for businesses on the go.

    Think of it as the Chick-fil-A drive-thru experience—fast, efficient, and customer-friendly. The Mach Mini is designed to handle high-volume transactions with ease, ensuring your customers get the same level of service they’d expect from a brick-and-mortar store, no matter where you are.

    We’re excited to introduce two new scales that make weighing easy and accurate for your business.
  4. mG-T30 Scale: The mG-T30 is perfect for retail, shipping, or food service. It can weigh items as light as 0.1 lbs (about 40 grams) up to 30 lbs (12 kg), so it’s great for everything from small packages to larger orders. It’s super accurate, so you can trust it for your daily needs.

  5. mG-S1501 Scale: The mG-S1501 is a versatile scale that works for retail, shipping, food service, and even cannabis businesses. It can weigh up to 1500g (about 3.3 lbs) and connects easily to your devices with Bluetooth, USB, or Serial ports. It’s also certified for commercial use, so you know it’s reliable. Plus, it works with Android, iOS, and Windows, so it fits right into your setup.

Loyalty Features

  • Loyalty Entry: Customers can now input their loyalty ID directly during checkout. This feature is accessed through a dedicated button on the POS screen, making it simple for customers to enter their loyalty details while completing a transaction—no additional hardware setup required.

    On new units, this functionality is also available on the customer-facing display, allowing for a more interactive and seamless experience. 

  • Instant Loyalty Discounts:
    Loyalty customers automatically receive discounts set by store owners, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.

  • Pay Later/Customer Tabs: Loyalty customers can maintain a tab that functions similarly to an open tab at a bar. When a customer inputs their loyalty ID at the POS, they can activate the 'Customer Tab' feature, allowing them to charge purchases to their account.

    Requirement: To use this feature, customers must be enrolled in the SuperSonic Loyalty Rewards program.

    Store owners can manage and review these tabs directly in the back office under the 'Customer Tabs' section, where they can track outstanding balances and make necessary adjustments.

  • Manual Loyalty Adjustments:
    Adjust points and add notes in the back office for better loyalty management.

  • Loyalty Point Upload:
    You asked, we listened! Now, you can upload customer data and loyalty points in bulk via Excel directly in the back office. Even better, you can seamlessly move your customer list from a third-party platform and integrate it into your SuperSonic Loyalty Rewards program.

  • Loyalty Chain Feature:
    Chain loyalty functionality is now available for multi-location businesses!

    Customers can now share points across all chain stores, eliminating the restriction of using points only at the location where they were earned.

  • VIP/Personalized Offers:
    Create fixed % off offers for specific customers (e.g., beauty professionals) directly from the back office.

Kiosk Features

  • Reworkable Grid:
    Customize kiosk layouts for enhanced usability. Merchants can make changes, such as enlarging popular product buttons for faster navigation or grouping related items together for a more organized customer experience.

  • Receipt Printing:
    Print barcodes for orders that can be scanned at the main register for payment.

  • CPI Integration:
    Enable physical cash payments directly through kiosks with Crane Payment Innovations.

  • Kiosk Lights:
    Our kiosks now feature improved visual indicators to enhance usability and customer experience. The lights provide clear signals for kiosk activity:

    • Green: The kiosk is available for use.

    • Red: The kiosk is currently in use.

    • Flashing Red: Indicates the customer needs assistance, triggering a help modal for guidance.

  • Kiosk Pay Later Function:
    The kiosk prints a receipt with the embedded price, designed for Petro Wawa-style setups. This allows customers to place their orders first and complete payment at the register, streamlining the process for high-volume environments.

  • Cloud Suspend Option:
    SuperSonic now supports Cloud Suspend with Mach X kiosks! Customers can place orders at the kiosk, send them directly to the kitchen, and complete payment later at the register. This feature ensures a seamless and efficient checkout experience, perfect for high-traffic environments.

POS Features

  • Discount % Buttons:
    Pre-set discount buttons for specific purposes, such as veteran or employee discounts.

  • Product Images: Enhance your POS system with high-quality product images that bring your menu or inventory to life. These images sync seamlessly across your platform: DeliverectSuperSonic POS, and the Mach X Kiosk, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing experience for both your team and customers.

  • Cloud Suspend:
    Suspend transactions and recall them on any POS within the store. This feature is especially useful during busy periods, allowing businesses with multiple registers to manage high customer volumes efficiently.

  • Flat Tip Option:
    For low-ticket items, tip amounts can default to a flat rate instead of a percentage.

  • Food Menus: Create detailed, user-friendly food menus for your POS system, designed to streamline ordering and enhance the customer experience. With expanded options, you can now include advanced modifierssuch as:

    • Customizable ingredients (e.g., extra cheese, no onions).

    • Meal upgrades (e.g., large fries, drink add-ons).

  • Auto-Print Register Report on Logout: With this flag, you can now automate your end-of-shift process. When enabled, the system will automatically print the Register Report as soon as a cashier logs out, saving time and ensuring accurate records every time.

  • Touchscreen Icons:
    Added touchscreen icons across the system for better usability.

  • Product Icons:
    Visual product icons for faster recognition.

  • Multi-Cashier Feature:
    Support for multiple cashiers with individual Z-Reports.

  • Change Product Amount Cashier Flag:
    Cashiers can now adjust product quantities during transactions with a simple flag. This makes it easier to handle special requests or corrections without slowing down the checkout process.

Backoffice Features

  • ‘isHidden’ Flag for Cashiers:
    Hide inactive cashiers from the login list.

  • Manage Tax Permissions:
    Grant specific users the ability to modify tax settings.

  • Single Higher Price Labels:
    For dual pricing customers, we’ve made it easier to display prices clearly. Now, you can show single higher prices on Dymo and Avery labels, simplifying pricing for both your team and your customers.

  • Reporting Periods:
    SuperSonic POS now includes reporting periods in back office names, with the ability to break reports up by cashier or register.

  • Promotion Action for Repricing Higher:
    New promotion action allows repricing items at a higher value. Adjust pricing for specific items directly from the back office.
